What makes us different

BRANDROOM is an agency dedicated to activating communication in space. We translate brand messages into strong images and fascinating spaces that activate people. Always in the field of tension between brand, technical possibilities and social trends.

Under the umbrella of the METZLER VATER GROUP, we have been developing, designing and staging brand worlds such as exhibition stands, events, roadshows, showrooms, product launches or pop-up stores worldwide since 2007. Whether indoor or outdoor, large or small, public or private - depending on the context, brands need very individual room concepts.
However, always aesthetic, activating and appealing.

The people who facilitate this are conceptionists, designers, architects, project managers, media artists or logisticians –
People with ideas, explorers, trendsetters or organizational talents.

In our office just outside Munich, we bundle the creative, planning and logistical know-how of over 50 experts. And we are happy to do so in flexible exchange with our sister agencies in the EXPERIENTIAL, DIGITAL, and ACTIVE DRIVE sectors..

BRANDROOM Design

Before we start, we sit down at one table with everyone involved: We understand a brand, ask questions and sometimes question things. We develop a coherent overall picture and a conclusive concept.

Our interdisciplinary creative team of concept developers, designers, digital specialists and project managers combines all dimensions perfectly. The result is brand spaces that present messages aesthetically, attractively and one hundred percent true to the brand.

A good idea on its own doesn't win anything. That is why we pay attention to practical details such as feasibility, processes, material or building regulations from the very beginning. We plan all necessary steps and make important decisions at the proper time.

It goes without saying that we adopt an agile approach, and remain flexible in the process, anyway. This is sometimes challenging, but ensures maximum transparency and reliability in the course of the project.

No matter where in the world - for a precise execution, we arrange assembly and disassembly on site, manage all executing subcontractors and find a smart solution for all challenges.

In the process, we can get up to operating temperature. But no matter whether headlight, cable shaft or floor tile: We are not finished until every detail is in place and everything fits together perfectly according to plan.
